L'OR Affogato Coffee Shake

An iced coffee is great, but what about coffee with vanilla ice cream? Even better! This combination is just heavenly. Enjoy as a dessert or as a midday treat in the sun.

What you'll need

  • 1 x your favourite L'OR capsule, freshly brewed
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (regular or dairy-free)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped Cream, for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add ice to coffee cup 
  2. Brew your L'OR capsule as an espresso shot and pour over ice
  3. Remove ice and pour coffee into blender.
  4. Add ice cream and blend for 30 seconds
  5. Pour mixture into a tall glass
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings, if desired

Extra Delicious Tip:

For a traditional Affogato, simply place your ice cream in a tall glass and pour freshly brewed espresso on top. Enjoy!
